The black core material is regarded as the highest quality material of all card stocks but it’s also the most expensive.
It is usually most economical for the height of the outer box not to exceed 140mm. For your preferred rigidness of the box, the higher the number (GSM), the thicker the greyboard.
If the overall design of the box pattern is a darker color or hue, we recommend the box utilizes anti-scratch, matte lamination which can reduce the muddiness of colors and bring out some of the details from your art a bit more.

ABS material is usually used for manufacturing Pawns and Mini Pieces. If you require more durable materials, ABS material will be better for you. For large token figures, PVC is more suitable than ABS and is not easy to break. If you know more on the cost, PS material will be better for you.
Wooden material is typical for manufacturing wooden game components. Typical materials include maple, birch, beech, and MDF, etc. If you need models to be printed with more fine details or if the pattern cannot be lost, then plastic components will be better for you.
